Apply a coin-sized amount to your palm, then smooth and massage it onto your skin in gentle, circular motions, starting from your ankles and working upwards.
For best results, apply cream right after a shower or bath when your skin is still slightly damp to help lock in moisture. You should use it at least once a day, allowing the cream a few minutes to absorb before dressing.
